Monitor neonates, interpret data, and respond promptly to clinical changes. Administer medications, IV therapies, and respiratory support per orders; manage pain and comfort as appropriate. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, social work) to coordinate care and plan for disposition. Document care precisely in the electronic health record; ensure accurate charting and communication with families. Supervise and direct activities of licensed and support staff as assigned; contribute to a safe, efficient unit.
