Deputy Director, Clinical Imaging Research Centre The National University of Singapore invites applications for the Deputy Director position in the Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. CIRC is equipped with an on‑site GMP‑certified facility for the preparation of PET radiopharmaceuticals and supports advanced clinical research programmes with PET‑CT and PET‑MRI modalities. Key responsibilities include: Operational Excellence and GMP Facility Oversight: Provide executive oversight of the GMP Cyclotron and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring capacity planning, uptime, product release reliability, scheduling, preventive maintenance, deviation management, change control, and batch record integrity. Optimize end‑to‑end workflows spanning production, QC/QA, logistics distribution, and clinical imaging utilisation. Research Enablement and Scientific Coordination: Partner with PIs and cross‑departmental teams to identify and prioritise translational opportunities; oversee experimental planning, method transfer, process scaling, workflow optimisation, and technical troubleshooting. External Partnerships, Business Development, and Translational Impact: Build and manage strategic partnerships with industry, hospitals, and regulatory bodies; lead business development, service contracting and pricing strategies for GMP products and imaging services; support grant development, IP strategy and potential commercialisation pathways. Regulatory Compliance, Quality, and Audit Readiness: Ensure full compliance with local and international standards, maintain a robust Quality Management System and stay audit‑ready. Financial Stewardship and Resource Optimisation: Own operational budgets, forecasting and financial controls; optimimise procurement, inventory and vendor contracts to meet margin and mission goals. People Leadership and Culture: Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performance multidisciplinary operations team and drive a safety‑first, accountable and collaborative culture.
