Job Duties

As our Warehouse Driver, we are looking for a dedicated individual who would be assisting with maintaining the warehouse, inventory, and tools. You will also play a pivotal role to the operations day-to-day by being the champion at delivering parts, materials, and tools to job sites and perform the essential functions listed below:

You will bring 1+ year(s) of experience in a warehouse environment and/or as a truck driver to KONE. High school diploma required.

Other Listed Duties:

• Cleans warehouse and equipment

• Responsible for inventory checks every six months

• Troubleshoot parts delivery issues (change location, missing shipments, etc.)

• Adjustments to inventory stock

• Centered on Indianapolis with possible/infrequent locations throughout Indiana.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:

• Valid driver’s license and experience operating motor vehicle - as well as enjoys driving!

• Interpersonal skills necessary to work with and receive instructions from a wide variety of individuals.

• Equipment Driven/Used: Class 1 or 2 truck

• Transmission Type: Auto.

• Local/Home Daily, Regional, OTR: Local/Home Daily.

• Endorsements Required: None.

• Work schedule: M-F, 7am.

• Products Hauled: Elevator equipment.

• PPE Required: Steel shoes, all other protection provided.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $20-$25/hr. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
