Salesforce AdministratorAn opportunity is available for a Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Operations Specialist to take ownership of a Salesforce environment that supports approximately 500 users across sales and leadership teams. This is a newly created position with high visibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's sales and marketing operations. This role is for a Salesforce professional who can optimize existing environments, solve business challenges, improve user experience, and drive adoption. This position requires a hands-on administrator who can evaluate the current Salesforce instance, identify inefficiencies, clean up data and processes, and implement best practices to maximize platform effectiveness.Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce administration and day-to-day operations.Evaluate and improve Salesforce architecture, configuration, and usability.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and system pain points.Clean up duplicate records, outdated workflows, and data quality issues.Improve user adoption and overall platform performance.Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align Salesforce with business goals.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices.Support ongoing reporting, process improvements, and operational initiatives.Help define the long-term Salesforce strategy and roadmap.The Salesforce platform supports approximately 500 users, including Sales Representatives, Managers, and Leadership.Salesforce was originally designed primarily for Sales operations.Marketing operations are currently managed through HubSpot.The organization is seeking better alignment between Sales and Marketing processes and reporting.Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.2-5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.Understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, workflows, reporting, and platform best practices.Experience supporting and optimizing an established Salesforce environment.Proven ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues, duplicate records, and inefficient processes.Experience partnering with business stakeholders to improve system utilization.Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting large Sales organizations.Salesforce experience within both Sales and Marketing environments.Experience with HubSpot integrations or marketing operations.Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience improving user adoption and platform governance.The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce environments that required cleanup, optimization, and strategic direction. They understand how sales teams use Salesforce and can balance the needs of both Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
