Russell Tobin is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals for a Candidate Support Administrator opportunity. This role is responsible for helping candidates successfully navigate Amazon's hiring process through inbound and outbound support, virtual pre-hire appointments, and issue resolution.

On-site | Tempe, AZ

Contract

$18.00 - 19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the Amazon hiring process
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, and SMS communications
• Conduct virtual pre-hire appointments and assist candidates with onboarding requirements
• Resolve candidate issues and technical barriers preventing progression through the hiring process
• Manage escalations and referrals with a high degree of urgency and professionalism
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and problem-solving
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
• Manage daily tasks independently from start to finish
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the hiring process
• Support additional business needs as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, recruiting support, administrative, or candidate support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound communications
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computer systems and web-based applications
• High school diploma or GED required
