Location: Northern Twin Cities Metro Area, MN

Compensation: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour + Uncapped Commissions

We are actively expanding our heating and cooling department and are looking to hire three full time HVAC Service Technicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to present service options and system upgrades.
• Execute our proven customer service and sales processes to build trust and drive department revenue.
• Maintain clean job sites, professional appearance, and accurate service records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated residential HVAC experience is required.
• Active EPA Certification is strictly required.
• Highly coachable mindset with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Professional communication skills and high energy.
• NATE Certification, Boilers experience, and active Comp cards are a major plus.
