Role Overview Kreato Global is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to monitor interpreter performance, ensure quality standards, and provide coaching that drives continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of OPI/VRI interpretation experience Previous QA experience in a BPO or Language Services environment preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Experience providing coaching and feedback Technical & Workspace Requirements Wired high-speed internet Requirements Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions Evaluate interpreter performance using QA standards Provide coaching and performance feedback Identify quality trends and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with company and client standards Prepare QA reports and documentation Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
