Community-Based Primary Care Physician (Adult & Pediatrics)
NORTH COUNTRY FAMILY HEALTH CENTER
North Country Family Health Center is seeking a Physician for Primary Care (Adult and Pediatrics) to provide well-care and acute/chronic care to patients of all ages. The role involves evaluation and documentation of health status, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and patient education. The ideal candidate will have an M.D. or D.O. degree, a valid license in New York State, and at least two years of medical care experience.
