About the Job
HR Head for USA region & BU HRBP Head for a global Business Unit
Location: San Jose
Reporting to HR SVP (Head of Global HR)
Responsibility:
- Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to key stakeholders across USA and lead the HRBP team to support a sizable Business Unit globally.
- Take responsibility for all spectrum HR affairs, develop HR framework according to global HR strategy and provide local insights
- Formulate local pay philosophy, structures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive compensation for attracting and retaining good people
- Develop, implement and administer an effective performance management mechanism
- Motivate and coach managers and employees to maintain high levels of engagement in the organization
- Leading the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services
Qualification:
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation & practice in USA in MNCs
- Solid experience in payroll, benefit, recruiting and immigration management in USA
- Must have expertise on employee relationship with experience of handling people issue
- Strong communication and influence skill, coach skill is plus
- Affinity with high tech industry and organizations
- Bachelor degree and above, over 10 years in general HR and managerial role is preferable
- Chinese or bilingual is preferred but not a must
