HR Head for USA region & BU HRBP Head for a global Business Unit

Location: San Jose

Reporting to HR SVP (Head of Global HR)

Responsibility:

• Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to key stakeholders across USA and lead the HRBP team to support a sizable Business Unit globally.
• Take responsibility for all spectrum HR affairs, develop HR framework according to global HR strategy and provide local insights
• Formulate local pay philosophy, structures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive compensation for attracting and retaining good people
• Develop, implement and administer an effective performance management mechanism
• Motivate and coach managers and employees to maintain high levels of engagement in the organization
• Leading the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services

Qualification:

• Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation & practice in USA in MNCs
• Solid experience in payroll, benefit, recruiting and immigration management in USA
• Must have expertise on employee relationship with experience of handling people issue
• Strong communication and influence skill, coach skill is plus
• Affinity with high tech industry and organizations
• Bachelor degree and above, over 10 years in general HR and managerial role is preferable
• Chinese or bilingual is preferred but not a must
