We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced team where you'll help keep projects moving, support clients, and ensure deadlines are met. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy juggling multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour+ (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Options:
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Overtime may be required based on business needs

What You'll Do

Coordinate and manage multiple projects from start to finish
Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
Ensure accurate documentation and project updates
Communicate effectively with clients to provide outstanding service
Prioritize tasks and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
Support operational and administrative functions as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong project management or project coordination experience
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Print and mail industry experience is a plus, but not required
