Human Resources Generalist

A well-established organization in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its collaborative HR team supporting~200 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while serving as a trusted business partner across the organization. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications Coordinate onboarding activities, background checks, I-9s, and new hire processes Support employee relations matters and respond to HR inquiries Assist with policy development, compliance, and employment law updates Administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and personal leaves Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration Partner with managers to address workforce challenges and support organizational goals Help drive employee engagement and HR initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience Strong recruiting and talent acquisition experience Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Professional, approachable, and collaborative communication style Business-partner mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact across the employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leaders and employees alike, I'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH Recruitment Solutions
