Growth Marketing Coordinator

L’Attitude Recruiting is a Philly‑ and South Jersey‑based company seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator. What you’ll do Create and post content that helps grow our brand, engagement, following, and mission. Develop monthly content calendars for all major platforms. Produce and publish short‑form content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok where relevant). Promote our recruiting services, resume coaching, and Fresh Start programs. Engage with people online through comments, messages, and outreach. Generate leads and spark conversations with potential candidates and business prospects. Support the flow of interested people into applications, calls, and next steps. Track engagement, activity, and insights to improve our efforts. Collaborate with the team to refine content and outreach strategies. Report weekly on content performance and lead metrics. We want a Growth Marketing Coordinator who Can write clearly and create content that people actually want to engage with. Is comfortable talking to people online and starting conversations. Wants to learn, develop new skills, and build real experience in marketing, business development, sales, and recruiting.
