Termination policy allows the client to cancel travel assignment without cause, before or during assignment, by giving 14 days' notice to the company with no penalty or fee. The client may cancel travel assignment "for cause" at any time during travel assignment without penalty or fee to the client. Guarantee hours policy guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week when 8-hour or 10-hour shifts are worked, or 36 hours per week when 12-hour shifts are worked. These guaranteed hours do not include orientation, on-call or call back hours.
