Physical Therapist Outpatient Neuro

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading outpatient neuro clinic to hire a Physical Therapist specializing in 1:1 neurologic rehabilitation. In this role, you’ll manage a dedicated caseload of adults with conditions such as stroke, TBI, MS, and Parkinson’s, performing comprehensive assessments and designing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. You’ll provide intensive 1:1 sessions focused on neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and patient/family education. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain detailed EMR documentation, and contribute to quality and outcomes initiatives.
