Strategic Category Manager (Purchasing)

In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering, operations, and suppliers to drive cost savings, ensure supply continuity, and support cutting-edge product development.

What You'll Do:

• Lead sourcing strategies across electronics, RF modules, PCBs, and mechanical components
• Build and manage strong global supplier relationships
• Drive negotiations, contracts, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to support new product development and production
• Mitigate supply chain risks and improve performance metrics

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management (electronics/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong technical understanding of electronic components and supply chains
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
• Data-driven mindset with ERP/MRP experience
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence key decisions

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 Benefits: Standard benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, and more)
