Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Every Other Weekend
Shift Hours:
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM We are seeking a dependable and clinically skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse
to provide direct nursing care for an adult client in a private home setting. The nurse will support medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and routine care needs to ensure safety and continuity of care. Provide skilled nursing care according to the established care plan Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Document all nursing care and communicate updates promptly Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, highquality care Active
Georgia LPN license Home health or medicallycomplex care experience preferred Ability to work
every other weekend
