Qualifications:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a Special Education Teacher

- Ability to employ differentiated instruction and evidence-based strategies
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct instruction to students, adapting lessons as necessary
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates regularly
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Support transition plans and life skills instruction as needed
