With over 24 years of experience, we pride ourselves on creating an engaging environment where children aged 2 to 10 can learn the fundamentals of soccer while developing essential life skills. Our programs focus on fostering teamwork, confidence, and physical fitness through fun and constructive activities.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with children and fostering a love for the game. As an instructor and coach you will lead sessions, inspire young athletes, and help them build their skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions that promote skill development and enjoyment of the game.
• Foster a positive learning environment where children feel safe and supported.
• Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and team members.
• Maintain organization and high energy during classes.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements

• Early childhood education a plus
• A love for working with children and helping them grow.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to have flexible work schedule, likely 6-8 hours a week
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be responsible and reliable with excellent time management.

Benefits

• New trainees start at $18/hr. Assistants earn $20/hr to start. Head coaches start at $25/hr, with the potential to increase up to $35/hr.
