About the Role As our Trade Compliance Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping products moving seamlessly across North America while ensuring compliance with import and export regulations. Working closely with teams across Logistics, Product, Finance, and external partners, you'll help minimize risk, support operational excellence, and enable efficient product flow across our wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. You'll also contribute to the ongoing success of our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations. This is a full-time opportunity based at Rip Curl's Headquarters in San Clemente, California. What You'll Do Manage import and export compliance across the U.S. and Canada. Partner with internal teams and external providers to keep product moving efficiently through the supply chain. Maintain accurate classification, customs, and trade compliance data. Monitor regulatory changes and identify potential risks and opportunities. Support FTZ operations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Experience in trade compliance, customs, or international logistics. Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian import/export requirements. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Confidence building relationships across teams and with external partners. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Rad Perks...
