What it's like to be a RN (Registered Nurse) at the sharon at southpark

As an RN (Registered Nurse) in our 8-hour shifts at The Sharon at SouthPark, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing assistance with daily living activities. Are you the RN we're looking for?

To excel in the RN at The Sharon at SouthPark, there are certain skills and qualifications that will contribute to your success. First and foremost, you must possess a valid RN license (or compact license). Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs, are essential. You should be knowledgeable in administering medications and treatments, as well as proficient in recording and interpreting vital signs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and organized medical records are also important in this role. As for software or tools required for the job, familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (Point Click Care) and basic computer skills are required.
