Providence
Providence is seeking a Care Manager to coordinates the full spectrum of patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will support physicians in management and coordination of care and work across multiple clinic and provider locations to ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. The role requires a Washington RN license at hire, with preference for a Bachelor's in Nursing, Certified Case Manager credentials, and 2 years of clinical experience in utilization review or case #J-18808-Ljbffr Providence
