Location: Salina, KS (400 South Santa Fe Avenue)

Start Date: ASAP or as soon as possible

End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: Standard inpatient shifts (specifics to be discussed)

Hours/week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certs: Kansas State License; CPR and BLS required

Experience: Preferred 1+ years in inpatient physical therapy

Salary: Starting around $65,000+ annually (based on education and experience)

Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do

• Evaluate inpatient patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy programs to improve mobility, function, and recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and safety
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education

What You Need

• Kansas State Physical Therapist License
• CPR and BLS certifications
• 1+ years of inpatient physical therapy experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and documentation standards
