What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, comfort, and safety of resident apartments and common areas throughout the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Clean resident apartments according to established schedules and standards

• Prepare and clean apartments for new resident move-ins

• Clean living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and other residential areas

• Vacuum carpets and clean floors, doors, furnishings, and surfaces

• Maintain clean and welcoming common areas throughout the community

• Collect and remove trash from designated areas

• Safely use commercial cleaning products, supplies, and equipment

• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns

• Provide friendly and courteous service when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and team members

• Follow community policies, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements

• Maintain regular and dependable attendance

• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned

T arget Pay: $20 hourly

Schedule:  We are currently hiring for the following shift: (Part-Time Weekends)

Schedules may occasionally change based on the needs of the community. Team members will be provided appropriate notice whenever possible.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, hotel, or related experience preferred

• A genuine desire to work with and serve older adults

• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment

• Friendly and professional communication skills

• Ability to safely use cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment

• Ability to follow established safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures

• Ability to communicate effectively in English as required to safely perform the essential functions of the position

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
