Wealth Management Advisor
Mission Woods, KS
An established and growing wealth management firm is seeking a Wealth Adviso r to join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on serving affluent professionals and business owners. This is a salary based opportunity.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with high-income professionals and business owners
- Drive new business through consistent outreach, networking, and referrals
- Take ownership of client relationships, with the opportunity to transition and manage existing clients over time
- Lead conversations around investment strategies, retirement planning, and entity-level planning
- Partner with team members to deliver a high-quality, relationship-driven client experience

What Success Looks Like
- Consistent activity leading to steady AUM growth
- Strong ability to build trust and convert opportunities into long-term relationships
- High level of accountability, organization, and follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advising
- Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
- Ability to speak to annual AUM growth and new assets brought in
- Strong investment knowledge (more critical than insurance experience)
- Experience working with affluent clients, business owners, or professionals
- Highly motivated, activity-driven, and organized
- Desire to grow within a team environment that still rewards individual ownership
Licensing
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 63
