About the Position

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years minimum required License: State license required Certifications: - NRP - ACLS - BLS - CRT - PALS - RRT Must-Have: - 50-mile radius restriction - Meditech EMR experience preferred - No background or licensure hits Description: ASAP start date required. Nights shift available. 2 years of experience required. Valid state license is mandatory. NRP certification is required. Candidate must be comfortable with high patient care ratios. Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff. Floating within the facility may be required based on ratios and clinical experience. Candidates must have experience in adult critical care and a range of respiratory skills. Must be adaptable and willing to support different units as needed. A thorough understanding of emergency and critical care procedures is necessary. Demonstrated ability to handle diverse patient populations including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics is essential. Candidates should have excellent clinical skills in respiratory assessments and interventions. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is expected for optimal patient care. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
