Skilled Nursing CNA (Full or part-time)

Company: Sunshine Terrace Foundation Location: 248 West 300 North, Logan, Utah Shift: We have an immediate need for individuals who can work Day & Evening Shifts. We are interviewing for other shifts as well. Training: To begin mid-July. Regular shifts will begin early August prior to the new School Year. Key Attributes And Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team. Follow care plans and provide emotional support to residents. Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse. Essential Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Utah is highly desirable but not required. Ability to become trained and certified as Nurse's Aide within 4 months of employment. CPR and First Aid certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
