Shape the future of healthcare and corporate construction projects.Job DescriptionHealthcare Construction Superintendent OverviewThe Healthcare Construction Superintendent will oversee healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.Lead project teams in managing healthcare facility construction, including ground-up and tenant improvement projects.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives.Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations and safety standards.Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams, fostering professional growth.Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.Contribute to the company’s growth by expanding into corporate office construction projects.Join a dynamic team with extensive healthcare construction expertise and leadership experience.Healthcare Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates.Support the preconstruction department in planning and resource allocation.Drive innovation and efficiency in construction practices to enhance project outcomes.Healthcare Construction Superintendent Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or related field required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare projects.Preferred 10 years of experience in managing complex construction projects.Proven expertise in healthcare construction regulations and safety standards.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.Commitment to fostering company growth and expanding into new construction markets.
