This new State Farm team member will be one of the main points of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, honest, and has a true desire to help!

Daily duties include:

Answering incoming calls in a timely manner

Process payments

Explaining customer coverages, bills, discounts, promotions

Gather documents needed to assist with claims

Communicate policy changes, cancellations, and other requirements with current customers

Cross sell unissued products to existing customers
