Center Street Community Health Center is seeking an Optometrist to join our team and help expand access to quality vision care throughout the communities we serve. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) , our mission goes beyond providing medical care—we strive to remove barriers to healthcare and improve the health and well-being of the individuals and families in our communities. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive eye care while also participating in innovative community-based initiatives, including the Ohio Student Eye Exam (OhioSEE) Program . Through this program, the Optometrist will have the opportunity to provide eye exams to students in participating schools throughout the counties we serve. This is a unique opportunity to: Make a lasting impact on children and families by improving access to vision care. Provide eye care in both a health center and school-based setting .
