Clinical Trial Manager

Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) – Clinical Operations (Open for candidates willing to relocate) We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join a dynamic Clinical Operations team. This role will independently manage one or more Phase 1–3 clinical studies or complex components of larger trials, with responsibility for study execution, CRO/vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage clinical trial activities from study start-up through closeout Drive site activation, document readiness, enrollment tracking, and study milestones Manage CROs and clinical vendors, ensuring timely delivery of study activities Lead and participate in cross-functional and external study meetings Oversee TMF reconciliation and inspection readiness activities Review protocols, ICFs, CRFs, monitoring plans, and other study documents Monitor study metrics, identify trends, **escalate** risks, and support issue resolution Support clinical data review and preparation of interim/final Clinical Study Reports Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Clinical Operations Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Clinical Operations team members Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent experience 5–7+ years of experience in Clinical Operations or Clinical Research within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry Demonstrated experience managing Phase 1–3 clinical trials Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical research standards Experience with CRO and vendor management Familiarity with eTMF, EDC, IRT, and CTMS systems Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience working on global clinical trials preferred Oncology experience strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams Approximately 15% travel may be required Why Consider This Opportunity?
