These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.     About The Opportunity OKX is looking for a  Senior AI Creative Innovator(Paid Ads) to develop AIGC video and AI-animated assets for paid ads to drive OKX’s global market growth and product launches.     What You’ll Be Doing - Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing, from initial brief through final asset delivery - Use AI to accelerate every phase of the design process: ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish. - Sort out AIGC prompts and internal visual resource library to improve design efficiency.

- Possess fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, Seedance etc) - Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity and conviction   What We Look For In You - Bachelor’s degree - 5 years of experience in design with a focus on marketing, advertising, or performance creative—ideally in tech, fintech, or a high-growth startup environment - Active hands-on proficiency with AI image & animation creative tools, translating AI capabilities into performing creatives and business outcomes - Comfort working at speed in a remote environment while maintaining a high bar for work quality - Experience partnering with business development and local market teams to produce and iterate on ad creative - Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to collaborate across our multilingual, cross-regional teams   Perks & Benefits - Competitive total compensation package - L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development - Various team building programs and company events - Wellness and meal allowances - Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants - More that we love to tell you along the process!   Notice All official OKX vacancies are published on this website.
