Salary: $50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• We serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support.
• We analyze, troubleshoot, assess, and resolve a wide range of technology issues.
• We resolve or escalate incidents and problems promptly, selecting the best solution based on customer details and information gathered from tools and other resources.
• We manage client expectations in line with agreements while building lasting relationships.
• We monitor alerts, determine root cause, and recommend improvements.
• We identify opportunities to improve procedures, processes, and customer environments.
• We document and maintain each clients IT infrastructure.
• We apply TenHats methodology and uphold operational and technology alignment readiness standards.
• We provide follow-up support to confirm customer satisfaction and close out issues.
• We record all work, support tickets, and client communications.
• We guide customers in understanding and effectively using technology.
• We travel periodically to client sites to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware or other issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
• We perform PC builds and imaging.
• We conduct datacenter walk-throughs and inspections.
• We participate in an on-call rotation.
