We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a full-time position with Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation, 7am-7pm. Why Greenbrook? Location: Based primarily in the Boynton Beach center with potential travel to other area centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation required. Your Role Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort as needed. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, plus significant relevant work experience in patient care or fast-paced in-person patient care or customer service roles. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field; at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong verbal and written communication, professional boundaries, and knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers.
