Procurement Specialist

Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is seeking experienced, full-time Procurement Specialist to join our teams in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be schedule driven with savvy negotiation skills, be highly organized, a relationship builder, customer service driven, and a team player. This candidate will also have three years related work experience with a purchasing background. Duties And Responsibilities Create purchase orders Cycle counting and inventory management Procure and Expedite materials in a timely manner Develop, implement, and maintain an inventory strategy that supports our company's supply chain Build and manage positive vendor and supplier relationships Support Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of related work experience with a purchasing background Excellent written and communication skills Excellent computer skills computer skills proficient in various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, VLOOKUP etc.) Professional demeanor Inventory Data Management Thrives in high-speed settings & uses strong time-management skills to meet deadlines Managed efficient supply chains that reduced delivery times and costs Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently Willing to be a team player Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
