Maintenance Assistant

Join our team and help keep our healthcare facility safe, clean, and operating smoothly! We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality service.

Currently hiring for Full Time ; 8AM-5PM shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders promptly

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, lighting, and safety systems

• Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and facility projects

• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs

• Follow OSHA, safety, and infection control guidelines

Compensation

• Starts at $20.00 / hour

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or facility experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

• Strong communication , teamwork, and attention to detail

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
