Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting and executing day‑to‑day marketing activities that promote Minerallac’s products and brand. This position helps manage marketing campaigns, assists in sales enablement initiatives, and coordinates digital and traditional marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials. The coordinator will organize and support events such as trade shows, collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging, and track marketing performance metrics. Daily tasks include writing and editing marketing content, maintaining marketing calendars, coordinating projects with vendors and partners, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets. This role works closely with our sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading abilities Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing Videography experience or knowledge of CapCut is a plus, but not required Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Team‑oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills Job Type Full‑time, on‑site Schedule Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shifts Pay $55,000 per year 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Location Hampshire, IL *This organization participates in E-Verify #J-18808-Ljbffr Minerallac Company
