About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Structural Engineer

to join a dynamic engineering team working on innovative and challenging building projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys designing complex structural systems, collaborating across disciplines, and delivering creative, practical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse and design structural systems for steel and concrete buildings.
Apply relevant building codes, engineering standards, and design principles.
Develop innovative and efficient structural engineering solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate designs and resolve technical challenges.
Contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality building projects.
Communicate technical concepts and design recommendations clearly to project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements

Relevant Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
At least

5 years of experience in structural building engineering design .
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licence.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel and concrete design, and applicable building codes.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

This is an on-site position based in Boston, Massachusetts.
