Hybrid Support Engineer for Databricks, SQL & RCA
Planet Group Inc
Planet Group is seeking a hands-on Support Engineer to act as a technical escalation lead across our enterprise application ecosystem in Irving, TX or Chicago, IL. This role goes beyond helpdesk; you will perform deep-dive RCA across logs, databases, cloud platforms, and codebase layers.
You will partner with Engineering, Product, and QA to troubleshoot incidents, optimize database performance, and improve system reliability, including ITSM workflows and release coordination.
