Job responsibilitiesAnalyze and breakdown complex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skillsUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Support the optimization of allocated resources, including people, budget, and technology, to effectively plan, schedule, and progress project and/or program initiativesParticipate in stakeholder management, fostering productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomesAssist in risk management by making informed decisions in line with the firm's risk management practices and policies, ensuring project success and compliancePromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.Support Application Owners and Information Owners in adopting and evidencing data-related technology control proceduresMaintain a knowledge base for data-related technology control procedures, including best practices, standards, guidelines, and training materialsContribute to continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, incidents, and regulatory/audit themesProactively identify and analyze hidden problems and patterns in data, using these insights to drive process improvementsContribute to CIB tooling requirements, including proposing new features to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of controls; Collaborate effectively within a team environment, managing changing and competing prioritiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsA. 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs.Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasksDemonstrated technical proficiency and experience with relevant platforms and approved tools/technologiesExperience in resource optimization and/or resource planningPrior experience managing diverse sets of stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and clients, and managing project governanceApplied experience in data governance, data management, or data controls within financial services; Applies enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate architecture analysis and design (e.g., option evaluation, trade-offs, and documentation), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements; Working knowledge of data risk management, data lineage, and data quality controlsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with business and technology teams, including application owners, data architects, and information ownersAbility to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and drive outcomes.Good understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security; Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFamiliarity with data management and architecture frameworks such as DAMA, TOGAFExperience with data management tools, technologies, and governance modelUnderstanding of controls and risk management concepts, with the ability to evaluate policies, procedures, and process flowsKnowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR, BCBS, PRA, and other relevant standardsExposure to SDLC/change management processes; Experience in Financial Services, including markets, securities services, payments JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
