Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide direct patient care in emergency situations
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Emergency Room/Emergency Department setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
