We accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. The clinic also has a sliding fee scale based on income for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Education/Experience

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current State of Missouri license
• At least one (1) year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner required

Work hours  

full-time, salary position. Fordland location is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 8am - 4pm. Current need for the position is Tuesday - Friday 8am - 6 pm. Travel between clinic sites required and out of town events or trainings may be required.
