You will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of current and prospective grant funds that align with Clarity's mission. Your work will directly support our ability to serve women, men, and families with pro-life services. Key Responsibilities: Research, identify, and apply for grants that align with Clarity's mission and initiatives Develop compelling grant proposals and ensure timely submissions Manage grant compliance, reporting, and tracking of awarded funds Cultivate relationships with foundations, grant-making organizations, and funding partners Collaborate with leadership and program teams to align funding opportunities with Clarity's goals Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who shares Clarity's pro-life values and has a heart for service. You should have: A strong understanding of grant writing and funding processes Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or a related field (preferred but not required) A commitment to Clarity's mission and faith-based approach Join Us in Making an Impact!
