- Start Time: 2:45 PM
- End Time: 11:15 PM
- Meal Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)
- Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
- Schedule: Days as assigned by facility (may include weekends and holidays)
- Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (W2)
- Overtime: Paid per state and federal labor regulations
- Meal Breaks: 30-minute unpaid break per shift
- Travel & Housing: If applicable, per travel agreement or stipend policy
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and Pennsylvania state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Observe, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
- Utilize facility EMR system for documentation and reporting.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment procedures.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the facility's supervisory team.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or compact license).
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (preferably in long-term care or post-acute care).
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred) .
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must meet all facility compliance and onboarding requirements prior to assignment.
