About the Role
Sr. Packaging Engineer role in a medical device environment based in North Haven, CT, supporting packaging process development, equipment qualification, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, root cause analysis, CAPA, FDA compliance, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant Packaging Engineering experience
- Medical Device / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical experience preferred
