Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.* Load customer and company vehicles accurately while maintaining product quality standards.* Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.* Maintain clean, organized, and safe yard, stockpile, and loadout areas.* Support plant production and shipping activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a quarry, mining, construction, industrial, or similar environment.* Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures and regulations.* Ability to perform equipment inspections, identify operational concerns, and communicate issues effectively.* Dependable, self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and situational awareness.* Ability to work productively in a fast-paced outdoor environment while adapting to changing operational needs.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $20 per hour.* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits.
