Position: Prospecting Planner

Location: Mount Vernon, WA (On-site, with local travel to events)

Compensation: Base + Commission/Bonus + Competitive Benefits+ Warm Leads

Work Environment: Full-time, On-Site, with regular evening client events

What You’ll Do

\n
• Deliver holistic financial plans (investments, tax, insurance, estate)
\n
• Guide prospects through a 4-meeting process
\n
• Lead educational events (no hard selling)
\n
• Build relationships, referrals, and long-term client trust
\n

What You Bring

\n
• 3–7 years in financial planning / wealth management
\n
• Series 65 or 66 (CFP® preferred)
\n
• Strong communication + public speaking skills
\n
• Experience with affluent or pre-retiree clients
\n
• Entrepreneurial mindset + team-first attitude
\n
