The role focuses on defining product vision, driving product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering AI-powered solutions across web portals, mobile apps, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and deep experience in Agile/SAFe environments.Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and post-launch analytics.- Define product vision, 3-5 year strategy, and value drivers.- Lead AI-driven initiatives including virtual assistant development.- Conduct market research, data analysis, and prototyping.- Collaborate with engineering, UX, leadership, and business stakeholders.- Manage executive-level roadmaps and product performance using KPIs.- Use Google Analytics for tracking and insights.- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAFe Agile environment.Required Skills & Experience:- 10+ years in Product Management / Product Owner roles.- Hands-on experience with AI products (mandatory).- Google Analytics expertise (mandatory).- SAFe Certified Product Manager (mandatory).- Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments.- Experience with digital portals, mobile apps, and cloud platforms.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Healthcare experience is a plus.Lumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
