Home Care Scheduling Coordinator Right at Home – East Memphis is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining strong communication with staff and clients, and supporting daily office operations.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Participation in an evening and weekend on-call rotation is required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience in Home Health or Home Care
  
  
• Experience working with EVV or home care scheduling systems (preferred)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Essential Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure adequate staffing and continuity of care.

• Monitor and maintain EVV compliance, including reviewing visit records, resolving exceptions, and ensuring accurate documentation.

• Verify caregiver time records and process payroll-related corrections.

• Respond to call-offs, fill open shifts, and communicate schedule changes promptly.

• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.

• Assist with new hire orientation, training, and employee documentation.

• Communicate regularly with clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure quality service.

• Participate in the evening and weekend on-call rotation.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• Home care or home health scheduling experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple urgent tasks

• Comfortable making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude with exceptional people skills

• Knowledge of Medicaid and home care regulations is a plus
