In this role, you will play a vital part in our facility's success by operating production equipment, managing quality control inspections, and collaborating across departments to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. We are preparing to move our operations into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Perris, CA!What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)Operate & Maintain: Set up, calibrate, and operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools.Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to conduct material inspections, verify product specifications, and maintain detailed quality logs.Problem Solve: Participate in root-cause analysis to address quality issues and suggest process enhancements.Collaborate: Partner with team members to ensure safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards are met.Cross-Train: Actively learn multiple technical functions and fill operational gaps as production priorities shift.What You'll Bring (Requirements)High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.Proficiency with basic computer applications.Ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to obtain a Lift Truck Operator's license.Flexibility to work overtime as requested.A Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00PMB Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMThe hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
