Monitors the daily transaction error listings. Procures Soundex inquiries via CICS (CMS Computer System) and/or HOST ON DEMAND. Processes charts of discharged patients. Files reports, forms and other related data into patient's medical records electronically/manually. Responds to inquiries from patients, staff members, legal representatives and hospitals.Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to two (2) years of college and one (1) year of health-related office experience, or completion of high school and three (3) years of health-related office experience. Requires the ability to utilize office equipment, including personal computers. Requires ability to pass the IDHS background check.
